Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Scope It Out Produtions (“the Agency”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by the Agency, including but not limited to web design, branding, advertising, social media, content creation, consulting, and strategy (collectively, the “Services”).
By engaging our Services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Agency will provide the Services as described in the applicable proposal, estimate, or agreement. Any additional work requested by the Client that falls outside the agreed scope will require a new proposal or change order and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Payments and Fees

  • All fees are due as outlined in the proposal or invoice.

  • Work will not commence until the agreed payment (or deposit) has been received.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

4. Retainers and Prepaid Packages

  • Retainers and prepaid service packages secure the Agency’s time, resources, and priority access for a defined period.

  • All retainers paid in full are non-refundable.

  • Retainer fees are not tied to specific deliverables, but to the allocation of our expertise, research, and strategic availability throughout the engagement.

  • Should the Client wish to change the direction or scope of the work, the Agency will make reasonable efforts to reallocate time and resources within the remaining retainer term.

5. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the customized nature of our work, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks for any Services once work has commenced or a retainer has been paid.

  • Our work involves research, strategic planning, creative development, and long-term outlook — all of which begin immediately upon engagement.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend timelines and do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

7. Revisions and Approvals

The Agency will provide revisions as specified in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra fees.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables as described in the agreement. The Agency retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations

If the Client chooses to cancel a project after payment has been made, all payments already received are non-refundable.
In some cases, the Agency may, at its discretion, offer to apply remaining unused time toward a future project within an agreed period.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the Services provided. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement with our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
